Villa Emilia

This is a great hotel in a good location. The hotel is located 1 minute from the tube station and is surrounded by bars and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and a good size for a city hotel and even though the hotel is on a busy crossroads there is no noise in the rooms.
The hotel has a small restaurant that serves lovely local food and the waiter was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast which is also served in the restaurant is varied and has some more unusual items (all high quality).
The star of the hotel is the stunning roof terrace on the seventh floor. It serves snacks, has comfy chairs and makes the best Mojitos and Cosmo's in Barcelona - all under a warm starry sky.
The hotel also has a coffee hour (at 1700 daily) with free tea, coffee, water and scrummy cakes.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone after a bit of luxury and a comfortable place to chill after a busy day sightseeing.
